Question
When i restart my pc the sound will decrease for couple of minutes and, more importantly, sometimes fps will drop in paint (yes in paint) and after that some black screen happens. But in game everything is okay, no black screen, no fps drop. I am using Windows 11 and drivers are updated. What could be the problem ?
